Your members live on
Your business shouldn't.

I install a complete retention system on your stack, then run it for you: failed payments recovered, cancels saved, and every member in a database you own. Live in 14 days.

Book a call (opens in a new tab) 20 minutes, with me, no deck.
For creators doing $25k+/mo in membership revenue.

Your members, every month. The amber ones just left.

Every month, your revenue quietly bleeds in four places.

Cancels

Members leave and you never find out why.

There's no save flow, and no exit survey you can act on. They're gone before you knew anything was wrong.

Failed payments

Cards fail and the platform quietly drops members to free.

Involuntary churn is 20–40% of all churn. Most of it is recoverable, and almost none of it gets recovered.

Onboarding

New members decide to stay, or not, in the first few weeks.

Nobody welcomes them, and nothing shows them a first win. The riskiest billing cycles are the earliest ones, and most memberships leave them to chance.

Ownership

You don't own a single email address or phone number.

Your audience is rented. If the platform changes its rules tomorrow, your business changes with it.

You built this audience. Right now the platform controls it. The engine below fixes that.

I keep your members paying and hand you the one asset you've never had: your own list.

One system across the whole member lifecycle. It recovers lost revenue, catches churn at every exit, and exports every member into a database that belongs to you.

Recover

Failed payments and lapsed members, won back before they're gone for good.

Save

Cancel flows, onboarding, and rebill checkpoints that stop voluntary churn where it starts.

Own

Every member in your own database. Whatever the platform does next, the list is yours.

What I install

Six pieces, built, written, and run for you. You don't touch any of it.

Failed-payment recovery. Escalating dunning that claws back declined cards, plus a lapsed-membership flow for the ones that slip through.

Cancel save and reason capture. A cancellation flow that wins members back and tells you exactly why people leave, so you can fix the leak upstream.

Onboarding that sticks. New members hit their first win fast and make it past the riskiest early cycles.

Retention checkpoints. Proactive touches at the exact moments members are most likely to quit. Prevention beats winback.

Winback and reactivation. Lapsed members come back, and returning members are welcomed like regulars, not strangers.

Your customer database. Every member with full history, in a database you own, reachable by email and SMS for life, on your terms.

Three steps. Live in 14 days.

  1. Step 01

    Audit

I map where members and money are leaking out of your stack, and what it costs you every month.

  2. Step 02 · 14 days

    Build

I install the full engine: every flow, all the copy, your customer database.

  3. Step 03

    Optimize

I run it every month against your real numbers: recovered revenue, churn, reactivations.

Not an app, and not a generic email agency.

How CreatorRetention compares to a do-it-yourself app and to a generic email agency.
Capability CreatorRetention DIY app
(Okoa, Churn Buster)
Generic email agency
Built for creators, not ecom ✓ Yes ~ Partial ✕ No
Fully done-for-you ✓ Yes ✕ you run it ✓ Yes
You own your customer database ✓ Yes ✕ locked in the app ~ depends on the agency
Full retention system, not just email ✓ Yes ✕ No ✕ email only
Strategy and audit, not just sending ✓ Yes ✕ No ~ usually an add-on

✓ yes   ~ partial, or depends on who you hire   ✕ no

Versus a DIY app

Okoa and Churn Buster are tools, not teams.
You still write the flows, run them, and read the data.
They are built for ecommerce subscriptions.
A membership churns for different reasons than a coffee subscription.
Your member data lives in their app.
Stop paying and you lose the list.

Versus a generic email agency

They send email. That's one slice of retention.
No cancel flow, no dunning logic, no reason capture, no rebill checkpoints.
Strategy is usually an add-on.
You get campaigns, not an audit of where the money is actually leaving.
Creator members are not ecom buyers.
Send to a fanbase like a promo list and you damage the thing you're protecting.

Versus building it yourself

You can. The webhooks are public.
The build is a few weeks. The part that takes years is knowing which flows move the number.
The engine already exists and is tested.
You're buying the version that has already been debugged on live member data.
Then someone has to run it every month.
That's the actual cost, and it doesn't end.

I'm Jordan Bryant. I do subscription retention for a living.

Memberships churn for reasons that have nothing to do with the content. A card expires. Someone hits cancel at 2am and keeps listening for another three weeks. Nobody follows up, and by renewal they're just gone.

I've spent my career in the subscription space watching what actually keeps people paying across supplements, beauty, food and drink, apparel, and memberships. Almost none of it has reached creator platforms yet.

So I built the engine for creators and live-tested it on real Patreon data, real webhooks and real cancel signals, before offering it to anyone. Your members hear from you, not from a marketing agency, because the trust you've built with your audience is the asset I'm being paid to protect.

The #1 Patreon in the world is leaking revenue every month. Here's where.

The engine, running on real Patreon data.

Real webhooks, real cancel signals, real save flows, live-tested on real Patreon data. I'll screen-share it on the call and walk it through your own use case.

Live demo · on the call

If your churn hasn't improved in 90 days, I refund my management fees. You keep the entire system and your database.

I carry the risk. You keep the asset.

Book a call (opens in a new tab) You'll get the fee on the call, before you commit to anything.

Is this for you?

A fit if

  • You do $25k+/mo in membership revenue
  • You're on Patreon, Whop, Kajabi, or your own stack
  • You're losing members you'll never get back
  • You want it handled, not another tool to run

Probably not yet if

  • You're just getting started, under a few thousand a month
  • You'd rather run the tools yourself
  • You're not ready to act on what the audit finds
That's me, book the call (opens in a new tab) I'll tell you on the call if it isn't a fit. That happens, and it costs you 20 minutes.

Questions

Is this just email marketing?

No. Email is the delivery channel. The product is a retention system across the whole member lifecycle: recovery, onboarding, saves, winback, reactivation, plus a customer database you own. A generic email agency does one slice of that.

What happens on the call?

Twenty minutes with me, no deck and no sales team. You tell me your platform and roughly what you're doing a month. I screen-share the engine running on real Patreon data, name the leaks I'd expect on your stack, and give you a fee. If it isn't a fit I'll say so on the call. Bring nothing.

What about my data and the platform's rules?

Carefully, and by the book. Member communications are relationship-first and consent-based, and the system converts your audience into a first-party list you own outright. Everything is built inside platform terms and consent law.

How long until it's live?

Usually 14 days from kickoff to a fully installed engine. The audit comes first, then the build. A more robust custom stack can take longer; you'll get a real date on the call.

Do I have to learn any software or do the work?

No. It's fully done-for-you. I handle the build, the copy, and the monthly running. You stay focused on making things.

What does it cost?

It depends on your size and platform. A $50k/mo membership and a $1M/mo membership need different engines. Book a call and you'll get a number on the spot, on that call, before you commit to anything.

The same members, with the engine running. The amber ones stayed.
