Done-for-you member retention

Your members live on Patreon.
Your business shouldn't.

We install a complete retention system on your stack, then run it for you: failed payments recovered, cancels saved, and every member in a database you own. Live in 14 days.

Book a call For creators doing $25k+/mo in membership revenue.

Every month, your revenue quietly bleeds in four places.

Cancels

Members leave and you never find out why.

No save flow, no exit survey you can act on. They're gone before you knew anything was wrong.

Failed payments

Cards fail and the platform quietly drops members to free.

Involuntary churn is 20–40% of all churn. Most of it is recoverable, and almost none of it gets recovered.

Onboarding

New members decide to stay, or not, in the first few weeks.

No welcome, no first win. The riskiest billing cycles are the earliest ones, and most memberships leave them to chance.

Ownership

You don't own a single email address or phone number.

Your audience is rented. If the platform changes its rules tomorrow, your business changes with it.

You built this audience. Right now the platform controls it. The engine below fixes that.

The retention engine

We keep your members paying and hand you the one asset you've never had: your own list.

One system across the whole member lifecycle. It recovers lost revenue, catches churn at every exit, and exports every member into a database that belongs to you.

Recover

Failed payments and lapsed members, won back before they're gone for good.

Save

Cancel flows, onboarding, and rebill checkpoints that stop voluntary churn where it starts.

Own

Every member in your own database. Whatever the platform does next, the list is yours.

What we install

The complete system, built, written, and run for you.

Failed-payment recovery. Escalating dunning that claws back declined cards, plus a lapsed-membership flow for the ones that slip through.

Cancel save and reason capture. A cancellation flow that wins members back and tells you exactly why people leave, so you can fix the leak upstream.

Onboarding that sticks. New members hit their first win fast and make it past the riskiest early cycles.

Retention checkpoints. Proactive touches at the exact moments members are most likely to quit. Prevention beats winback.

Winback and reactivation. Lapsed members come back, and returning members are welcomed like regulars, not strangers.

Your customer database. Every member with full history, in a database you own, reachable by email and SMS for life, on your terms.

Done-for-you means done. We build the system, write every email, and run it month to month.

Three steps. Live in 14 days.

Step 01

Audit

We map where members and money are leaking out of your stack, and what it costs you every month.

Step 02 · 14 days

Build

We install the full engine: every flow, all the copy, your customer database.

Step 03

Optimize

We run it every month against your real numbers: recovered revenue, churn, reactivations.

Verticals

What retains subscribers in every vertical, applied to yours.

Supplements, beauty, food and drink, apparel, memberships: we've watched what keeps subscribers paying in each one. We bring the best of it to membership programs and podcasts.

Already built

The system exists today.

The entire engine is built and battle-tested on a $1M/mo creator stack. You're hiring a finished system, not an experiment.

Is this for you?

A fit if

  • You do $25k+/mo in membership revenue
  • You're on Patreon, Whop, Kajabi, or your own stack
  • You're losing members you'll never get back
  • You want it handled, not another tool to run

Probably not yet if

  • You're just getting started, under a few thousand a month
  • You'd rather run the tools yourself
  • You're not ready to act on what the audit finds

Questions

Is this just email marketing?

No. Email is the delivery channel. The product is a retention system across the whole member lifecycle: recovery, onboarding, saves, winback, reactivation, plus a customer database you own. A generic email agency does one slice of that.

What about my data and the platform's rules?

Carefully, and by the book. Member communications are relationship-first and consent-based, and the system converts your audience into a first-party list you own outright. Everything is built inside platform terms and consent law.

How long until it's live?

Usually 14 days from kickoff to a fully installed engine. The audit comes first, then the build. A more robust custom stack can take longer; you'll get a real date on the call.

Do I have to learn any software or do the work?

No. It's fully done-for-you. We handle the build, the copy, and the monthly running. You stay focused on making things.

What does it cost?

It depends on your size and platform. A $50k/mo membership and a $1M/mo membership need different engines. Book a call: we'll scope it and give you a number on the spot.
